This is my recipe for the best guacamole ever. Today I made a small batch.
Guacamole
2 ripe avocados
1 large tomato, chopped
½ tsp. minced garlic
1 T. olive oil
½ tsp hot pepper flakes
½ lime, squeezed by hand
½ onion, chopped
1 T chopped fresh cilantro, or ½ tsp dried cilantro
salt and pepper to taste

1. Mash avocados with fork or potato masher.
2. Stir in other ingredients.
The colors of this guacamole look so bright and beautiful!
