That was the easy part. Getting the seeds out and then juicing it was the hard part--it took about 10 hours with 3 little helpers to get 2 cups of juice.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3034743878261895543.post-2669347942082530802008-12-15T19:22:00.000-05:002008-12-15T19:22:00.000-05:00wow, i've never heard of cider jelly. this sounds...wow, i've never heard of cider jelly. this sounds amazingly delicious... i love the addition of sage. the color of this is so beautiful - pale, translucent, so lovely. i'll bet this was delicious!Heatherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04884610943829574148noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3034743878261895543.post-52845558959712036312008-12-15T14:30:00.000-05:002008-12-15T14:30:00.000-05:00The jelly looks delightful! The jelly looks delightful!Mariahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18324379926724874629noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3034743878261895543.post-85159723976356235682008-12-15T09:45:00.000-05:002008-12-15T09:45:00.000-05:00This sounds interesting. I get so happy hearing the lids pop as they seal. It makes me giggle every time. :)Annettehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17654805877175642253noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3034743878261895543.post-88421917454079614122008-12-13T17:13:00.000-05:002008-12-13T17:13:00.000-05:00This sounds great!! Also, I'm glad to see that you getting to work on beefing up your jam and jelly collection, Nancy -- it was looking a little sparse the last time you posted about it. I hope that you are having a great trip!

P.S. I finally made the World Peace Cookies. Now I understand the hype. I made them to send to David's great aunts, and it nearly killed me to part with them. I might just have to make more tonight!Cathyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06859210460017421539noreply@blogger.com
